  • Account Registration: Name, email address, phone number, date of birth (for Customers); business name, registration documents, tax ID, bank details (for Tour Companies).
  • Identity Verification: Government-issued ID numbers, photographs, proof of address.
  • Booking Details: Tour selection, number of participants, special requests, payment information.
  • Communications: Messages exchanged via our in-App chat, support tickets, and feedback.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
  • Usage Data: IP address, device type, operating system, browser type, pages viewed, time stamps.
  • Location Data: Approximate geolocation inferred from IP or device settings (with your permission).
  • Cookies & Tracking: Cookies, web beacons, and analytics tools to understand App performance and improve user experience.
2. How We Use Your Information
  • Provide & Improve Services: Process bookings, manage accounts, deliver customer support, and personalize content.
  • Financial Transactions: Verify payments, process refunds, and remit commissions.
  • Communication: Send confirmations, updates, marketing (with opt-in), and security notifications.

3.1 Service Providers & Partners

  • Share Customer contact and booking details with Tour Companies to facilitate tours.
  • Share aggregated Customer feedback and ratings with Tour Companies for quality improvement.

3.4 Business Transfers
  • In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, personal data may be transferred to the new owner—subject to this policy.

    • Remember your preferences and login sessions.
    • Measure Ad performance and tailor marketing.
    • Analyze traffic patterns and detect issues.
