Delete your account

You can delete your Traveloup account from inside the app. Here is where the option lives, step by step.

Step 1

Open your profile

Open the Traveloup app and tap the Profile icon in the bottom navigation bar.

Step 2

Scroll down to Delete Account

Your profile lists Privacy Policy, Help Center, Chat with us, Rate the app and Logout. Delete Account is the last one — tap it.

Step 3

Confirm

The app asks you to confirm. Tap Delete and your account is closed and you are signed out straight away.

Before you delete: settle anything outstanding first. Closing the account ends your access to your bookings, chats and saved tours, and you will need to register again to use Traveloup. A cash balance owed to a tour company is still owed to them.
