Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern your use of Traveloup, a platform that connects customers with registered tour companies in Pakistan for standard tours and custom trips. By registering, browsing, or booking, you agree to these Terms.
Part A - Customer Terms:
1. Bookings and Payment
•
To confirm a booking you pay a 30% advance of the total tour price online through our payment gateway.
•
The remaining 70% is paid in cash directly to the tour company, on or before departure.
•
Prices, inclusions, and the trip schedule are set by the tour company and shown before you pay.
2. Cancellation and Refunds
•
If you cancel at least 2 days (48 hours) before the trip start date, you receive a full refund of the advance you paid online.
•
If you cancel within the last 2 days before the trip, the advance is non-refundable.
•
Refunds are not automatic: provide your account number, account title, and bank name at cancellation and Traveloup processes the refund manually to that account.
•
The 70% cash balance is never collected by Traveloup, so it is settled directly with the company.
•
If a tour company cancels a confirmed trip, you receive a 100% refund of your advance and the company earns nothing for that trip.
3. Custom Trips
•
For custom trips, the agreed budget set in the accepted company offer is the total price, and the same 30% advance and refund rules apply.
4. Your Responsibilities
•
Provide accurate personal and passenger details and keep your account secure.
•
Follow the tour company's rules and local laws during the trip. Abandoning a trip forfeits your advance.
5. Liability
•
Traveloup is only a booking platform and is not liable for accidents, injuries, losses, or delays during a trip.
•
Traveloup provides no travel insurance; you are advised to arrange your own. The responsible tour company is liable for incidents caused by its negligence.
Part B - Tour Company Terms:
6. Eligibility
•
Tour companies must operate in Pakistan and provide valid business information. Traveloup may verify credentials and suspend access for incomplete or fraudulent documentation.
7. Commission and Payouts
•
On each confirmed booking the customer pays a 30% advance online.
•
Traveloup keeps 5% of the total tour price as its platform fee; the company receives the remainder of the online advance.
•
The remaining 70% of the total is collected by the company directly from the customer in cash.
•
Example for a total of PKR 1,000: advance 300 online, Traveloup keeps 50, the company receives 250 online plus 700 in cash.
8. Cancellation by the Company
•
If a company cancels a confirmed trip, Traveloup refunds the customer's advance in full and the company forfeits any payment for that trip.
•
On a refundable customer cancellation, neither Traveloup nor the company earns on that booking.
9. Conduct
•
Companies must deliver trips as advertised and treat customers fairly. Repeated complaints or policy breaches may lead to removal from the platform.
10. Governing Law
•
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and disputes are subject to the courts of Pakistan.
