Traveloup Terms &
Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) govern your use of Traveloup’s mobile and web platform which
connects local tour agencies (“Tour Companies”) with customers (“You” or “Customer”) seeking to
book tours in Pakistan. The App comprises two distinct user interfaces: one for Customers
(publicly accessible) and one for Tour Companies (restricted access). By registering, browsing,
or booking via Traveloup, you agree to comply with these T&C.
Part A: Customer Terms
- Definitions:
- Booking Deposit: 10% of the total tour price, payable at the time of booking.
- Refund Window: Cancellation made ≥ 48 hours before scheduled departure.
- Collaboration: Tour Companies, when facing low headcounts, may partner with other
registered Tour Companies to operate your tour.
- Account Registration:
- You must provide accurate, complete personal details.
- You are responsible for maintaining account security and confidentiality of your
account.
- Booking & Payment: A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the tour price is
required to confirm any booking.
- Cancellation & Refunds:
- Full refund of your deposit if you cancel 48 hours or more prior to tour departure.
- No refund if cancellation is made less than 48 hours before departure.
- If a Tour Company cancels the tour for any reason, Traveloup will issue you a 100%
refund of the booking fee, and the Tour Company will receive no payment for that
trip.
- Tour Operation & Collaboration:
- Tours may be operated in collaboration with one or more Tour Companies to ensure
viability.
- Customers will be notified in advance of any partnership arrangement.
- Liability & Insurance:
- Traveloup is only a platform for booking and is not liable for any accidents,
injuries, losses, or delays.
- No insurance is provided by Traveloup. You are advised to secure your own travel
insurance.
- If an incident occurs due to Tour Company or third-party negligence (e.g., driver
error), the responsible Tour Company assumes full liability.
- Conduct & Abandonment:
- You agree to follow the Tour Company’s rules and local laws throughout the trip.
- Abandoning the tour at any point forfeits your deposit and you assume full
responsibility for your onward arrangements.
- Privacy & Communication:
- By using the App, you consent to Traveloup accessing chat logs to monitor service
quality and T&C compliance.
- We handle your personal data in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].
- Governing Law: These T&C are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic
of Pakistan. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.
Part B: Tour Company Terms
- Eligibility & Registration:
- Tour Companies must be in Pakistan and provide valid business information.
- Traveloup reserves the right to verify credentials and suspend access if
documentation is incomplete or fraudulent.
- Booking & Commission:
- Upon each confirmed Booking, Traveloup collects a 10% deposit from the Customer.
- Traveloup retains 5% of the total tour price; the remaining 5% is transferred to
your designated account each Monday of the coming week.
- Cancellation by Tour Company:
- If you cancel a confirmed tour for any reason, Traveloup will refund the Customer
100% of their deposit. You forfeit any commission or payment for that canceled tour.
- If a customer cancels a tour after 48 hrs. of the tour, Traveloup retains 5% of the
total tour price; the remaining 5% is transferred to your designated account each
Monday.
- Collaboration & Subcontracting:
- You may partner with other Tour Companies to operate tours when booking levels are
low but assume full responsibility for customer satisfaction.
- The primary Tour Company remains responsible for overall tour quality and customer
satisfaction.
- Service Standards & Liability:
- You must provide safe, professional services in compliance with all applicable
Pakistani laws and regulations.
- You are solely liable for any accident, injury, loss, or damage arising from your
operations, staff, vehicles, or guides.
- Customer Management & Discipline:
- You may remove or refuse service to any Customer who violates rules of conduct or
local laws during the tour.
- Any such disciplinary action must be documented and reported to Traveloup.
- Prohibited Practices:
- You must not solicit Customers to book outside the App via Facebook, WhatsApp, or
other channels.
- Failure to comply may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
- Monitoring & Compliance:
- Traveloup may access and review your chat interactions with Customers to ensure
compliance with these T&C.
- Traveloup reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for
breaches of these T&C, at its sole discretion.
- Governing Law: These Tour Company Terms are governed by the laws of the
Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be adjudicated in Pakistani courts.
