Traveloup ("we", "us", or "our") connects customers with registered tour companies across Pakistan, through our mobile app and website. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. By using Traveloup you agree to this policy.
1. Information We Collect

Account details you give us: name, phone number, email, and (for companies) business details and bank account information for payouts.
•
Identity and booking details: passenger information, pickup points, tour selections, custom-trip requests, and your booking and payment history.

Messages: chats with tour companies or our support team, reviews, and ratings.
•
Automatic data: device information, app usage, and approximate location (only with your permission).
2. How We Use Your Information
•
To create and manage your account and let you log in by phone OTP or Google.
•
To process bookings and the 30% online advance through our payment gateway, and to record the cash balance you settle with the company.
•
To process manual refunds to the bank account you provide on cancellation.
•
To send booking confirmations, reminders, and service or security notifications.
•
To monitor in-app chats for fraud, abuse, and policy compliance.
•
To improve the service and meet our legal obligations.
3. How We Share Information
•
With the tour company for a booking you make, so they can deliver your trip.
•
With our payment gateway to take the online advance, and with banks to send refunds.
•
With authorities where the law requires it, and to protect users from fraud or harm.
•
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Payments and Refunds
•
The online advance is handled by our payment provider; we do not store full card details.
•
Refunds are processed manually to the account details you supply at cancellation, in line with our Terms.
5. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, but no system is completely secure.
6. Data Retention
•
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution purposes.
7. Your Rights and Choices
•
You may access or update your profile in the app, request deletion of your account, and opt out of marketing messages.
8. Children
•
Traveloup is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of Traveloup after an update means you accept the revised policy.
